Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with any certificate of authenticity and original packaging included.

How to start a return

1. Email us at 18336611436@163.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We’ll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked service.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns without prior arrangement may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Return shipping

If the return is due to a mistake on our side—a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we cover the return shipping and will send a replacement or full refund, including the original shipping cost. For other returns (for example, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

Because each meteorite piece is one of a kind, the fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want. Contact us and we’ll help you find it.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made or personalized items (for example, custom-engraved rings) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, as they are made specifically for you.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of deliverywith a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund right away.
