A swan in natural iron meteorite — 2.9 g, 21.7 mm long. This is the lightest carved piece we hold. At under three grams it hangs without pulling on a fine chain, which matters for a figurative pendant meant to be worn rather than displayed.
Iron meteorite is an iron-nickel alloy carrying an internal crystal lattice that no terrestrial process reproduces — it forms over millions of years of slow cooling in space and is revealed only by acid etching. On a piece this small the pattern reads as fine texture rather than bold banding, closer to grain than to geometry.
Customisable to order.
