Ring-R — 7.5 mm wide, 2.5 mm thick, hand-carved from natural iron meteorite. A middle width: broad enough that the etched lattice reads clearly across the band, narrow enough to wear every day without thinking about it.
Iron meteorite is an iron-nickel alloy in elemental form. The crystals inside it grew into a criss-crossing arrangement as the parent body cooled — a process measured in millions of years per degree — and the resulting pattern is what identifies the metal as meteoritic. It is invisible until acid etching opens it up.
At 7.5 mm this is the width most people find they can wear alongside another ring without the two competing.
